AUXANO
A self-leadership experience · Kansas City

Growth happens together.

What happens when people who might never cross paths have a seat at the same table? Auxano is a nine-week experience built on the belief that everyone has something to give—and something to gain.

Inaugural cohort begins January 12, 2027

“The room is the differentiator.”

Know yourself · Know your neighbor · Choose what's next

Not another leadership program.

Kansas City has incredible leadership programs. Auxano asks a different question: What if personal growth began with understanding ourselves—and the neighbors whose experiences are nothing like ours?

Across professions, career stages, backgrounds, and lived experiences, participants share a space for genuine conversation, honest reflection, and practical growth. It's not about titles or climbing a ladder. It's about becoming more intentional in who we are and how we show up.

Everyone in the room has something to contribute, something to learn, and room to grow.

Three ways to grow.

Our nine weeks move from personal awareness to meaningful connection to purposeful next steps.

01 / PERSONAL

Know
Yourself.

Explore your strengths, patterns, values, and the experiences that shape how you lead your own life.

02 / PRESENTING

Know Your
Neighbor.

Listen across differences. Build empathy and relationships with people beyond your usual circles.

03 / POTENTIAL

Choose
What's Next.

Translate what you've learned into clearer priorities, practical tools, and an intentional way forward.

Your story belongs
in the room.
Not defined by title

Leadership looks different on everyone.

Auxano is for people who are willing to be curious, show up honestly, and grow alongside others.

You might run a company, work in the trades, teach in a classroom, serve your neighborhood, build a business, study in college, or find yourself at a turning point. Your title doesn't determine your value in this room.

Access should not depend on circumstance.

We're building a room shaped by different experiences and resources. Employer and community sponsorships can help make participation possible for people who couldn't otherwise cover the full cost.

Participants may be supported by an employer or community sponsor. If cost is a barrier, reach out to discuss potential access options; funding is not guaranteed.

Want to sponsor someone else? Your organization can help bring another essential perspective into the room.

A few questions, answered.

Do I need to manage people to participate?

Not at all. Auxano is designed around self-leadership. Curiosity, honesty, and willingness to grow matter more than any title or position.

What happens during the nine weeks?

Each week includes a facilitated cohort session with reflection, conversation, and practical tools. You'll also have a participant workbook and prompts to continue the learning between sessions.

Can an employer sponsor an employee?

Yes. Employers and community members can help cover tuition for a participant. Email us to discuss how sponsorship could work.

Can I nominate someone?

Absolutely. We want to hear about people whose voice or lived experience would enrich the cohort. Send us a note and tell us who comes to mind.

Is financial assistance available?

We're exploring access pricing and sponsorship pathways. Availability isn't guaranteed, but please reach out if the full tuition is a barrier.

The next chapter starts with a conversation

Who belongs at this table?

Maybe it's you. Maybe it's someone you work with, someone you love, or someone whose perspective deserves to be heard. Let's make room.
